I, personally feel this always when am not feeling well, when things didnt work good for me, when i feel that trials here and there and solutions are vague.
So how can we cope up loneliness and how can we get rid of it?
1. Prayer- Prayer is the solemn personal communication to God, tell HIM the things you have felt and ask Him for proper guidance and enlightenment.
2. Talking - Keep on opening your world to your family and close friends, Talking and sharing to them will lessen the pain and the state of being lonely, doing this will enable you to feel secured and comforted and make you strong in surpassing these feeling.
2. Socializing- Get involved with activities outside your house even if you dont feel it at first. This time your mind is busy occupying the negative thoughts.
3. Unwind - Stress is one factor that contribute loneliness and discouragement, go to a beach for relaxation, go to a friend for dinner or coffee, or go for exercise to refresh mind and body.
4. Help Others- Helping others in even simplest we can do will make us better.
5. Listen to Music- Listening to inspiration music will recharge us.
Loneliness and Discouragement strike in time that we dont know, knowing people love us make a great difference, it changes bitterness to blessings. I am thankful that I have my family who always there for me, I owe them a lot, I have seen how they sacrifice for me almost half of my life and i have group of people who assured me that everything will be alright,especially that special best friends who give an encouragement and my companion in the battle I have.
